PROJECT OVERVIEW
Our primary goal for the No Code/Low Code Builder is to develop a groundbreaking platform that empowers users to create stunning websites and robust applications without extensive coding knowledge. This builder offers three main features: website creation, app development, and EA systems
In the version 1 of this project, our focus will be on building websites.

PROBLEM
The proliferation of digital technologies necessitates an online presence for businesses and individuals alike. However, the complexity of traditional web and application development presents a significant barrier, especially for those lacking technical expertise.
Non-technical users, small businesses, and resource-constrained teams face challenges in creating dynamic, responsive, and professional-grade websites and applications due to the high cost, steep learning curve, and time-intensive nature of development.
Furthermore, existing no-code/low-code solutions often fail to provide the flexibility, scalability, and advanced features required to meet diverse user needs, such as real-time collaboration and integration capabilities.
SOLUTION
To address these challenges, This platform will incorporate cutting-edge technologies, including AI-driven text and image generation, to empower users with minimal technical knowledge to create highly customized and professional digital products efficiently.
By simply entering details such as business type, industry, and other general information, the no-code application will generate a fully customizable website template complete with content and images. Users can select the modules and features they want in their website and application, and easily delete any auto-generated sections to tailor their digital presence precisely to their needs.

Conceptualization and Vision:
Played a pivotal role in defining the overall product vision and strategy, ensuring that the project aligned with market needs and business goals.
Stakeholder Alignment:
Engaged with key stakeholders, including managers, engineers, and potential users, to gather requirements and build a shared understanding of the project's objectives.
Competitive Analysis and Benchmarking:
Conducted thorough competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market, informing the unique value proposition of the no-code/low-code platform.
Design Framework Establishment:
Established a robust design framework, including initial style guides, component libraries, and design principles, to ensure consistency and scalability throughout the project.

BRIEF SUMMARY

Bubble: More complex to use, higher cost for advanced features.
This analysis helps identify the strengths and weaknesses of each platform, aiding in selecting the best no-code builder for specific needs.

Due to time constraints, we have decided to delay the full development of the design system. However, we have successfully established the color theme, typography, and basic UI components for the project. We are currently in the process of building a comprehensive design system.

Components
Testing and Results: Phase 1
We conducted a comprehensive usability testing session with 12 participants to evaluate various functionalities of our no-code platform. The following tasks were assigned, and their performance was measured to assess the ease of use and efficiency of the platform.
We are currently in the process of testing the website builder and continuously updating the smaller components and actions based on user interactions. Simultaneously, we are designing the interface for both the mobile app builder and the enterprise application (EA) builder. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience across all platforms.
As we make progress on these fronts, our next step will be to develop a unified gateway that allows users to effortlessly switch between the website builder, mobile app builder, and EA builder. This integration will provide a cohesive experience, enabling users to manage all their digital projects from a single, user-friendly interface.
